It is mental health awareness week!
Sometimes in life, you need to keep it moving. Not everything needs to be for you and i am hear to tell you why. You can contine, keep pushing and don’t stop.
Last week, I talked about focus and how to stay more focused in life. But sometimes you just have to keep it moving. You can focus so much on something and not see the bigger picture and realise it is not for you. That interview that didn’t turn into a job opportunity, maybe it is a sign the job isn’t for you. The person that you thought was future bae, could not be the one for you. The business opportunity that you thought you were going to secure your investment on, maybe it shows you the bank isn’t for you.
It is interesting, mental health can be so fragile but being dull isn’t for you. Easier said than done but getting out of your head is the best thing you can do! It is very easy to get into a negative space and basically push on and not dealing the problem and continue being negative or issue at hand. You could be walking around thinking why me or why is this happening to me?
However, sometimes think ‘What is this trying to teach me?’ ‘What can I learn from this?’
Sometimes, life does you dirty and there is no excuse for people’s BS. You need to grow, prosper, forgive and eventually keep it moving. Nothing is worse than being kept prisoner from your own thoughts or how someone else looks and perceive you. These temporary feelings don’t define you for a lifetime, just there and then. You can prove that teacher wrong, your parents wrong, your coach wrong, your friends and even your damn self.
You don’t owe anyone anything and no one is entitled to your happiness except YOU! believe and clap for yourself. It is your life and you are your biggest investment.
Is it really for you?
If everything was meant for you, you would have every opportunity and that isn’t fair and do you really want everything? If you get cussed out on the TL, or in school, university, keep it stepping and your haters will be eating in your dust. if you don’t get approved on your application, maybe the place is not for you and it is a sign that something else is for you. Some of people’s biggest rejections has placed them into their biggest opportunities.
Keep It Moving
Overall, keep it moving when necessary – sometimes your biggest setbacks could be your biggest blessings!
Believe in yourself, take on your challenges, dig deep within yourself to conquer fears. Never let anyone bring you down. You got to keep going.Chantal Sutherland
