Prescription – 2 to 3 times a week
On the TL recently and just generally on social media, every day there is a new story about some ‘celebrity’ and a person exposing them and quite frankly I am done out here.
Lockdown 2.0 is hard enough and now you want to drag someone and their family unprovoked a whole 6 years later.
I hope your nails break when you screenshot and send this info to the gossip pages.
Now some people need to get dragged like Octavian and that whole incident regarding abusing his ex-girlfriend. We don’t tolerate that behaviour around here.
It is entertaining for me. You know the situation they are in, but you meet up, share the conversations, and expose them.
Then we entertain and share the clout statements and they feed off it.
The game is the game. Play or get played.
Why do you screenshot certain messages? Are you the police?
‘Anything you do say may be used in evidence which we can later rely on court’
Why am I waking up bright and early on a Thursday morning, want to know FORCEFULLY that you Emma slept with a UK rapper (that so conveniently on the come up)? Did you put it on your calendar?
You met a rapper, next min (you are on the gossip pages) stating he tried to slide in his DMs at his Mum’s house.
The maths that some people do to get the story to work in their favour is so new. You did not even try that hard in any of your GCSE’s.
We have become a culture of exposing one another for the wrongdoings in their life not forgetting they are real people doing real life. It is so sad that you can’t even have interactions with people as your fear you might get exposed. Just do the right thing and be sensible.
It is extremely easy to get lured into the culture and you are about it, but you will be forgotten within 24 hours. Then you will be brought up every 8 months when there is relevance to your original story. Is that what you went to school for?
I personally subscribe to reading clout once every 2 weeks if possible. Remove those gossip pages off your timeline and invite some more positive news in your life.
Do you think Clout is an addiction?
Peace until next time.
